The total training cost per day is the sum of the trainer pay rate and the Book A Trainer fee. For example:
A trainer pay rate of £300 plus the Book a Trainer fee of £25 equals a total training cost per day of £325.
The figure shown on each trainer's profile includes the Book a Trainer fee and is therefore the total training cost per day.
Payment options (incurring separate specified terms as set out in the online Terms and Conditions):
- If the client wishes Book a Trainer to pay the trainer this will be subject to 100% of the total training cost being paid prior to commencement of the services unless credit terms have been agreed as per item 3 below.
- If the client agrees to pay the trainer directly: the trainer invoices the client for the work carried out and the client pays the trainer. Book A Trainer raises a separate invoice for the booking fees payable. Both invoices are raised subsequent to the work being carried out.
- Credit terms with Book A Trainer will be subject to a 8.5% administration fee of the total invoice value excluding vat. Seven working days payment terms apply.
The client's preferred option will be agreed between the client and Book a Trainer at the point that the booking is confirmed.
This exclusive pricing structure is only applicable to online bookings.
